I became interested in my family's
history after listening to endless stories that my dad used to tell
me. He came from a very large family, yet he knew a lot about each
person in the family.
My cousin, Tammy Stanley, became interested in hosting the family
reunion after attending a reunion at which everybody seemed bored.
Instead of just having the family get together in a large room and
stare at each other, Tammy put her heart and soul into making sure
everyone had a good time. At every reunion she distributes an
updated family history from data we receive from family members,
research groups, and individual research.
